Rue Malher features a completely private and verdant terrace just off the master suite. The 10m2 (107 square feet) private outdoor space is the perfect spot for you and your guests to sip cappuccinos at the start of the day, or enjoy an aperitif before stepping out for a bite at one of the area's top restaurants.

The terrace is alone at the back of the building surrounding by trees and a luscious wall of vine that turn an amazing scarlet color in the Fall. As no other building has windows looking on, it is a true secret garden in the heart of the bustling Marais.

The patio will be professionally landscaped and feature seating for six.
